i-blog 3, the day after

I'm surprised that no one has blogged about i-blog 3, which was in a bigger venue and had a lot more participants than the two previous i-blog conferences. Kudos to Janette Toral for the logistics, which I'm sure was no easy task.

I thought that some participants in the audience were just as interesting as the speakers brought in, and a healthy exchange of ideas was the one thing missing in that conference. Saw a few media colleagues and fellow bloggers among the participants, including Ricky Carandang (who one day ought to revive his blog), Ellen Tordesillas, Yvonne Chua, Luz Rimban and Dean Bocobo of Philippine Commentary. Of course, many of the speakers stayed on for the program, such as Manolo Quezon and Alecks Pabico of PCIJ. #

Hello Rachel. Thank you so much for sharing your time time to be part of iBlog3. We should make time for the blogging and media panel next year. However, should you consider organizing one forum focusing on that theme, I'll be more than happy to help out. I also added your post in our summary coverage.
